FLU SHOTS will be given by Catholic health nurses at St Benedict's after all the Masses on Oct 11. From 9am to 1pm. This is no cost, please bring your insurance cards if you are insured.

Their nurses will also do blood pressure checks and cholesterol checks free of charge.
